Our 5% Compassionate Discounts

At Kootenay Botanicals, we offer a 5% discount to members who fall into any one of the categories listed below. This is our way of expressing our compassion and appreciation for those who are eligible for this discount.

To confirm your eligibility and receive your discount, please contact a live with the relevant documentation.

If you have long term disability, you will need to provide either a Confirmation of Long Term Disability or a Paystub that proves your Long Term Disability benefits in order to be eligible for the 5% Compassionate Discount.

For military service, you will need to provide either your Canadian Forces ID Card or your Record of Service ID Card in order to qualify.

If you are 65 or older, you will need to provide a proof of age document in order to be eligible for the 5% Compassionate Discount.

For members of EMS, you will need to provide a valid EMS service card in order to be approved.

For members of the First Nations, you will need to provide your Status Card in order to qualify.

Please note: compassionate discounts cannot be stacked. If you qualify for more than one of the categories listed above, we are only able to issue a single 5% discount through a category of your choice.
