Once you've placed your order, the next step is to complete our payment process. For payment details, check out our help article 'Payment Process - Interac Email Money Transfer Request'.

If payment is not completed within 24 hours, your order automatically cancelled due to no payment received.

Cancelled orders can not be reinstated, however you are welcome to place a new order at your convenience.

If you have sent your payment in and the order status is cancelled, then please contact a live agent and we can assist you in sorting this out.
