If payment is not completed within 24 hours, your order automatically cancelled due to no payment received.
Cancelled orders can not be reinstated, however you are welcome to place a new order at your convenience.
If you have sent your payment in and the order status is cancelled, then please contact a live agent and we can assist you in sorting this out.
Important Note: Please do not send in payment for an order that has been canceled. If we receive payment for a canceled order and it is automatically deposited, we will credit your account for the equivalent amount and you can place a new order at your earliest convenience using this credit.
