Leaving a Review on a Product Page:
Step 1: Make sure you've purchased the product by logging into your Kootenay Botanicals account and visiting 'My Account > Orders', click 'View' on any recently completed orders.
Note: We only approve "verified purchaser" reviews, meaning the product must exist in your order history within the last 30 days.
Step 2: Go to the product page and leave a review by clicking the link to the Product Page. On the Product Page, click the "Reviews" tab, then scroll to the bottom to find the review submission form:
Step 3: Submit your review, once it goes through, your account will be allotted 20 points!
Leaving a Review on Instagram:
You're welcome to leave a review on your Instagram story or make a post to your feed! Want to make an unboxing video? Even better!
In order for your review to be eligible, you will need to do the following:
If posting to your story, mention us by tagging @kootenaybotanicals, once shared, send us a screenshot and complete this form to claim your points!
If posting to your feed, tag @kootenaybotanicals and use the hashtags #teamcraft #kootenaybotanicals, once posted, send us a link and/or screenshot and complete this form to claim your points!
Posting an unboxing video? Be sure to mention us, "Kootenay Botanicals" in the video title/caption and include our website link in your description.
And just like a story share or post, tag us @kootenaybotanicals and include the hashtags #kootenaybotanicals #teamcraft. Once uploaded, send over a screenshot and link of your review video and complete this form to claim your points!
Restrictions: Video should be about 1 - 3 minutes long, remove all shipping labels and personal info prior to recording, limit 1 video per order.
Was your video rejected? This could be why: Missing 'Kootenay Botanicals' in title or description, video was under 1 minute, inappropriate content.
