Is your item showing as "not available in Canada West / East" at checkout?

It's possible the product is out of stock in your designated region (2-4 days shipping) BUT is available to purchase from another region (4-8 days shipping).

Try combining the two shipping options to shop our full inventory, all done for you in one order!

Here's how:

  • Locate "Your Delivery" at the top left side of any product category page. If you're on a mobile device, you can find this at the very bottom of any product category page.

  • Click "Enter your Shipping Address" and plug in your shipping city and postal code. If your postal code is eligible for same-day or next-day delivery, additional delivery methods will be offered to you.

  • Once your shipping address has been entered, you can select either one or both shipping options to filter the inventory so you're only shopping from your preferred shipping timeframe.

You can confirm how your items will be shipped at checkout based on warehouse availability.

Please note that if your order is arriving in two packages, a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 will be applied to each package. However, if your order is equal to or above $200, you will receive free shipping on both packages.

Please note: Canada Post inquiries are handled via a ticketing system. Tickets are dealt with in the order that they are received, and can take 24-48 business hours to be processed.
