If you pay via the Interac Money Request feature directly at checkout, you do not need to include your order number as the payment is automatically linked to your order.
It is only when sending a Manual E-Transfer that the order number must be included in order to link your payment with your order. If you send a payment without including your order number, please advise us right away (do not contact the Blitz email address).
If you did not receive confirmation that your order has been placed, please avoid sending in a payment until your order has been placed and you've gotten to the confirmation page and/or received a confirmation email.
It is not necessary to let us know when you have sent payment -- you will receive an automated confirmation once your payment has been processed.
If you are looking to check the status of your order, or want to confirm that we have received your payment, please visit 'My Account' and click 'Orders'. If the status of your order is shown as 'pending', it means your payment has not yet been received. On the other hand, if the status of your order is shown as 'processing', it means we have already received your payment.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that if there are any issues related to your payment -- I.e. a manual payment is sent but an order number is not included; payment is sent to the wrong email; the wrong amount is sent – this could result in your delivery or shipment being delayed. Please ensure all Payment Instructions are followed in order to ensure you receive your delivery as soon as possible.
