Signature Required:

Signature required is an additional service we provide free of charge. When you select “signature required” on your order, the Canada Post delivery person will request an identification card/document that matches either the address or the name of the shipping information before they hand off the package. Anyone who lives at the shipping address will be able to accept the package.

If you are not home to receive your package in person, the postal worker will leave a “pick up” notice card and drop your package off at a local post office. Please read the card to see when your parcel will be available for pick up.

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19, Canada Post had temporarily suspended their signature feature, however, they have started resuming their signature required feature on some mail but not all.
