We have all been affected by the COVID-19 virus forcing the country into quarantine, because of this we have had to do most of our shopping online. As a result, shipping across Canada and the world has been dramatically slowed because the volume of parcels in the mail is at record daily levels. Even though Canada Post has hired many relief staff to assist with the giant increase in parcels, because of mandatory social distancing at postal facilities this has created further delays.

Some orders may be delayed because of the COVID-19 virus situation, most orders will take 3 to 5 business days, but it is possible your order might take 10 to 12 business days to arrive. In the event, your order has taken longer than 10 business days please chat with a live agent and we can look into your order. Please also note in very rare cases some orders might take longer and Canada Post has now stated they will not investigate a lost parcel until 21 business days after scanning at the post office.
