Don't worry, in most cases, you will receive your package on the expected delivery date.

Your tracking information may not have been updated due to the rare occasion that your package missed a scan during transit. If you do not receive your package within two business days after your expected delivery date, please contact a live agent so that we can start an investigation immediately.

Please note: Canada Post inquiries are handled via a ticketing system. Tickets are dealt with in the order that they are received, and can take 24-48 business hours to be processed.
