Once you've completed your payment, it can take up to 40 minutes for it to be received on our end. When you send an e-Transfer or complete a Interac Money Request, Interac may hold your funds, it will be "pending" status in your online banking until payment has been cleared.
After your payment is deposited, you will receive an email or text message confirming the deposit and your order status will change to "Processing".
Orders are shipped within 24 - 48 business hours of payment being received. You'll receive your tracking info by email after it has shipped.
