My order was marked "completed", why haven't I received it?

When an order is marked 'completed', it means it has completed 'processing' and has left for either shipment or delivery.

If you have placed a mail order via Canada Post, you will receive the tracking number via email shortly after your order is marked 'completed'.

If you ordered via Same Day or Next Day delivery, refer to the delivery schedules below. Orders placed and paid for after the final cut-off will be delivered in the first wave on the following business day.

Same Day Delivery -- Hamilton & Burlington Area

Same Day Delivery -- Vancouver & The Lower Mainland
